I've tried a good number of download managers for firefox on linux,and im fan of 'wxdownload fast' and 'downloader for x' aka 'd4x' .when im on kde desktop,my favourite is kget. But i've found orbit with wine quite convenient.
The integrating part:well,get flashgot extension for firefox.u will be charmed. Personally i use firefox with flashgot with orbit on wine.
